3 Days - Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 1:
You are picked from your hotel ,and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, this park is known to have more mammals than any other park in Uganda, they include both forest and savannah species for instance; Lions;, Elephants, Buffaloes, Hippos, Kobs, Warthog, a variety of primates like; chimpanzees, olive baboon, red-tailed and vervet monkey, predators like; Leopards, Lions, spotted Hyena and side-stripped Jackal. This park is also a birders paradise with over 611 recorded species. Lunch at Mbarara, then proceed to the park for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge
or Jacana Safari Lodge or The Institute of Ecology


Day 2:
After early breakfast, we drive to the Kasenyi track via the Crater Lakes region with still dark lakes and rich grasslands set deep into volcanic craters to get to the kob mating ground, this provides an excellent opportunity for viewing the lions. Afternoon we take a launch cruise on Kazinga Channel for yet more game viewing and birds. Later return to our accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:
After breakfast,We check out and depart for Kampala via the bat and hunters caves in Maramagambo forest. If time allows visit the fruit markets and the craft shops. End of our safari.
