PWS: Gorilla Trekking Safari - 5 days (4 nights)

Focusing on; Bwindi impenetrable forest and Lake Mburo National Park

Day 1: Arrival Entebbe - Uganda
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met and greeted by our company representative who will then transfer you to your overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Travel Day - Bwindi National Park
After an early breakfast, drive westwards to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This is a long day drive but enjoyable as you drive through the rolling hills of Kabale locally named "the Switzerland of Africa". Lunch stop over at White Horse Inn Kabale. After lunch proceed with your drive to the Park. Overnight accommodation at Gorilla Forest camp/ Buhoma Homestead/Kitandara Camp/Buhoma community Bandas.

Day 3:Gorilla Trekking
After an early morning breakfast, Your driver will help organise your packed lunch boxes and water and drive you to the park offices . Here you receive briefing on the dos and don'ts from the head ranger guide. Your driver guide will help arrange for porterage services. Ready for a long day trekking, we then enter the gorilla sanctuary.

Gorilla trekking may take a long time before encountering the apes, be prepared to encounter muddy conditions sometimes with rain overhead, so come with raincoat, sturdy hiking boots, poncho, gloves, Long pants….Overnight accommodation at Gorilla Forest camp/Buhoma Homestead/Kitandara Camp/Buhoma community Bandas.

Day 4: Bwindi - Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Mburo National Park with lunch stop over en route. Overnight Mihingo Lodge/Mantana Camp.

Day 5:Lake Mburo National Park
This day you take a morning game drive, have lunch and start off to Entebbe / Kampala with the memory of the great rare mountain apes. Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for evening flight, or to your hotel.
